Water managed by Shetland Anglers Association
Loch of Urafirth lies close to the coast at Urafirth, a low-lying water of about 5 hectares. It is shallow, only a few metres deep, with low alkalinity and a simple shoreline.
The water is coloured and holds some small trout. Access is straightforward: a single-track road leaves the A970 and runs along the west shore. Park considerately on the verge and take care not to block access.
