Water managed by Shetland Anglers Association
Loch of Snarravoe lies on low coastal ground a few hundred metres from the sea, close to the A968. It is a small, shallow water of roughly 19 hectares; the water is crystal clear, of high alkalinity, and the shores are simple and gently curving.
The loch holds trout that average about 14 ounces, with fish of more than two pounds. Access is straightforward from the A968, with an easy approach to the shore.
