Lochain nan Sac lies close to the coast at low elevation, set a little over a kilometre inland from the sea. It is a very small, shallow loch of roughly 6 hectares, with an average depth just under 5 m. The shoreline is simple and rounded, providing a little over a kilometre of shore, and the water shows moderate alkalinity.

Permission & Tickets

Visitor permits are available for anglers who wish to fish the club’s waters without full membership. These permits offer access to well-maintained fishing grounds in a quiet, scenic setting and help support the ongoing conservation and management of the fishery.

Both experienced anglers and newcomers are welcome. By purchasing a permit, visitors are able to enjoy a day’s fishing while contributing to the care and sustainability of the waters.
