Water managed by Stornoway and North Lewis
Located just a five-minute walk south of the A858 Stornoway/Garynahine road, two miles from town. This quiet loch is not over-fished, probably because of the attraction and quality of so many other lochs in the area. Brown trout here average around 10 ounces and the loch can be very easily covered from the shore.
